The Four Immeasurables, Love (Maitri), Compassion (Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity (Upeksa), is a Tibetan vow that encourages us to focus our attention on helping others. The vow is engraved in Tibetan on this recycled sterling silver disc, measuring approximately 3/4" in diameter. The pendant hangs from a 16" natural cotton cord with a sterling silver button closure.
