The cross is one of the oldest and most universal of all symbols and is said to protect against evil and is a source of strength and faith. Stars are a symbol of the celestial and denote honor, achievement and hope. The cross and stars are cut out of a recycled 18K gold rectangular pendant, measuring approximately 3/4" in length and 1/2" in width, and is backed with a Lapis slate, whose rich gold veined blue color shines through. The pendant is available in a 16" or 18" 18K gold extra fine chain with a hook and eye closure.
