'The Four Immeasurables', Love ('Maitri'), Compassion ('Karuna'), Joy ('Mudita') and Equanimity ('Upeksa'), is a Tibetan vow that encourages us to focus our attention on helping others. The vow is engraved in Tibetan on a recycled 10K gold disc, measuring approximately 3/4"in diameter, that hangs from a 16" or 18" recycled 10K gold chain with a lobster claw closure.
